Holiday Apartment No. 99 at the Sünnslag holiday complex is a 3-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people.

Located on the ground floor of the building, this 3-room apartment offers 59 m² of living space. This accommodation provides you and up to 3 other guests with a relaxing and comfortable holiday. You’ll have access to two bedrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag complex is approximately 400 m.

The furnished balcony is accessible through the living and dining area. In addition to a couch, the living room also features a bright dining area for four people. A flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a CD player provide entertainment.

The modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner hob with an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. With great attention to detail, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals.

The bedrooms feature a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a loft bed (90 x 200 cm) to help you drift off to sleep. Curtains are provided to darken the rooms, and blackout blinds are available on the sunny side of the holiday rental. You can store your travel clothes in the closet. Children’s books and a selection of games are also available.

There is a bathroom with a shower. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. The apartment has laminate flooring and carpet.

An outdoor parking space for one car is included with the apartment and is located right next to it. Bicycles can be stored in a shed next to the house. The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.
