Sleeping within 16th-century walls is a unique experience. Ca' dei Gruppi is the family home of Ivo and Maria, lovingly restored and lived in for generations: fireplaces, a wood-fired oven, and the true spirit of old Liguria await you in the Ligurian hinterland.



This 350 sqm villa spans 3 floors in a building dating partly to the 14th and partly to the 16th century, fully renovated. It accommodates up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, a second fireplace in the tavern. Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, TV in every room, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, children's games, baby cot, and fitness equipment.



Outside: large private garden with slate table, wood-fired oven and stove, open terrace, 2 covered terraces, and balconies with hill views, beautiful in autumn colors.
