We were pleasantly surprised by the views of the water and the beautiful sunsets. Much more water views than what was shown in the photos. The house is very comfortable and the bedrooms have A/C units which was great. The kitchen is very well stocked which made it fun to cook in a lot. Flaminia was super accessible and friendly, and showed us everything in person when we arrived. Would love to return again!

La casa c’era molto bella e perfetto per le nostre due famiglie! Amazing hosts from check in through check out, showing us all the ins and outs of the property and providing us with many good recommendations to explore locally. There were countless beaches nearby to choose from, including Monterosso which was accessible via a quick train ride. On site BBQ and pizza oven were nice to have. Il vino Della casa e l’olio d’oliva erano deliziosi! 10/10 would recommend. We hope to visit again soon!

Unforgettable stay!

Our two families loved our stay at this beautiful home, and Flaminia is a generous and gifted host who made our arrival easy (meeting us in town to guide us). The house is well proportioned, comfortable and clean, however the views are spectacular, and well worth being a little out of town to enjoy! Would thoroughly recommend.

Incredible view

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home is beautiful and very clean. The surroundings are beautiful and the view is incredible. It is a great location to visit Cinque Terre and Portofino and the rest of the Italian Riviera. Flaminia was a great host with great information of where to go and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

A great Place for great Vacation

We were 100% happy at this wonderful holiday home. The host Flamina was very nice und helpful, yet not intrusive at all. The house was beautful, well isulated (we were there in early spring), great kitchen, wonderful view, lots of space, warm whirlpool, pizza oven...All you need is there, and lots more.

Fantastic house with an amazing host

Our stay at the villa was spectacular. The view was absolutely amazing. The pictures just don’t do the home justice. Flamina was wonderful as well. She is very responsive and understanding. The home itself has everything you need, very clean, and has all the modern touches you kay want.

Incredible place

We had a tremendous time in the house. It was spacious, the garden was very enjoyable. The kids loved the jacuzzi. We stayed outside for hours watching the see and the sky, reading books and having dinner together. We also had the opportunity to bake pizza in the oven. It was the first time for us. Flaminia was very helpful and gave us few tips

Lovely Villa with Incredible Views

We enjoyed two weeks at Casa Tonio with family and friends! The home is beautifully decorated, and Flaminia is an incredible host! She provided great information and advice (and treats!) throughout our stay. We spent time in Cavi, Sestri Levante, Cinque Terre, Portofino, and Santa Margherita Ligure. There is so much to do and see in this area with easy travel via train, boat and/or car. We enjoyed coming home to the villa each night to watch the sunset on the terrace or in the hot tub! The views are incredible! We enjoyed our stay so much, and highly recommend this property!!

Amazing holiday home

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful holiday home! Everything was super clean and tidy, and Flaminia, the owner, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, even surprising us with delicious tiramisu – a really thoughtful gesture that made our vacation extra special. Flaminia was always available via WhatsApp and gave us plenty of great tips for excursions and restaurants, which made our stay even better. We especially loved the pizza oven in the garden – a real highlight! It was also very convenient that Flaminia provided parking spaces in the village. The hot tub was wonderful, but it would have been nice if someone had come by after a few days to check the chlorine levels – that's our only small suggestion for improvement. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would love to come back again!

We zijn buitengewoon gastvrij en hartelijk ontvangen bij aankomst. Er stond een gezellig gedekte tafel gereed met antipasta gerechtjes. Het huis is zeer comfortabel en luxe en brandschoon. Het ontbreekt je aan niets. Heerlijke bedden en royale slaapkamers en badkamers. Volop schoon en mooi linnengoed. 1x in de week wordt alles gewassen en schoongemaakt door 2 ijverige vrouwen. Alles wat je maar nodig denkt te hebben is er. Flaminia is altijd bereikbaar. Als er wat is wordt het gelijk opgelost. Ze heeft veel tips voor de omgeving. Ook de omgeving is prachtig en de privé parkeerplaatsen bij het strand zijn natuurlijk ook heel luxe.

Wir durften eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche mit der ganzen Familie (8 Personen) in der Casa Tonio verbringen. Für uns war das Haus, die Ausstattung und der herrliche Meeresblick perfekt. Der Abschied fiel uns wirklich schwer. Vielen Dank, Flaminia und Stefano, für diese Zeit in eurem Haus!!

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Der Checkin und checkout lief reibungslos. Wir wurden mit italienischen Köstlichkeiten empfangen. Wir waren total platt, mit welcher Freundlichkeit wir empfangen wurden. Über WhatsApp war unsere Vermieterin bei allen Fragen immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Lage ist auch perfekt, um die Nähere Umgebung wie Genua, Portofino u.s.w. zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Fantastisch verblijf in Casa Tonio

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad met 2 gezinnen. De villa is erg mooi gelegen met uitzicht over zee. Groene terrassentuin waar we elke dag verse citroenen konden plukken. Heerlijke bedden, goed geslapen. De keuken is uitgebreid voorzien van alle nodige apparatuur. 3 badkamers met schoon sanitair.Flaminia is een lieve behulpzame host die ons hartelijk verwelkomde en waar nodig van tips heeft voorzien.We komen graag nog eens terug!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in traumhaftem Haus

Das Haus und die Lage ist in wirklich noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Anreiseinfos waren super, Flaminia hat uns unten in Ort abgeholt und ist nur uns zum Haus gefahren. Total überrascht und riesig gefreut haben wir uns, dass wir mit einem komplett gedeckten Tisch mit allerlei Antipasti empfangen wurden. Das Haus selbst ist sehr groß, tolle helle Schlafzimmer zum Teil mit Meerblick. Alles in allem ein top ausgestattetes Haus mit liebevoller Einrichtung. Toller Garten mit großer Terrasse, Whirlpool, Pizzaofen. Flaminia gibt super Infos zur Umgebung und ist bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt - wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Ein tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Es passte einfach alles, tolles Haus, toller Empfang (der Tisch war gedeckt und mit Antipasti und Wein konnten wir erst einmal ankommen), sehr gute Betreuung (wir haben viele Empfehlungen bekommen), der Whirlpool mit Aussicht ein Traum und am vorletzten Abend bekamen wir auch noch ein selbstgemachtes Tiramisu. Sehr zu empfehlen

Naja

Also ich kann hier keine 5Sterne vergeben: Zufahrt zum Objekt uiuiui. Fast täglich der Gärtner da. Der Pool jeden zweiten Tag ohne Chlor. Die Klima tropfte in einem Zimmer zwei Wochen lang so dass der Boden schon Schaden genommen hat. Trotz mehrmaligem Beanstanden interessierte das niemanden. Alles in allem war das Haus für den Preis zu teuer.

Caro Manuel ecco le mie considerazioni al tuo commento. 1) la strada che porta alla casa è una piccola stradina di campagna che attraversa un vigneto. voi avevate un pullmino che può senza problema entrare nella proprietà. A riprova di questo...più di 100 commenti precedenti. Capisco che non tutti sappiano guidare in Italia.Comunque era a vostra disposizione un altra area di parcheggio molto grande che avete utilizzato all'interno della proprietà. 2)Il secondo giorno la jacuzzi era già affaticata. Abbiamo trovato nel filtro un sacchetto e un tappo di birra e i bordi erano sporchi di crema solare.La piscina non funziona con il cloro ma ha un sistema di autopulizia all'ozono ed inoltre viene fatta da noi una pulizia filtri e rigenerazione dell'acqua settimanale. Il giardino viene fatto settimanalmente . 3)Solo nel vostro caso è venuto il giardiniere per la pulizia di tutto il terreno.Ma vi è stato detto e non mi avete fatto nessuna dimostranza in merito.4)Infine,l'aria condizionata aveva un problema .Ho fatto intervenire il tecnico durante la pulizia settimanale perchè a vostro dire, gocciolava ma potevate usarla lo stesso e per voi non c'erano problemi. Un consiglio per il vostro prossimo soggiorno in altre case.Buttate la spazzatura perchè ne avete lasciata una quantità enorme da dover fare due viaggi con la macchina e se avete dimostranze fatele in presenza . è senz altro più utile ed onesto

Tolles Haus in naturnaher Umgebung

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Wir hatte keine einzige Reklamation und konnten alles nutzen, was in der Beschreibung steht. Pool und Aussicht natürlich der Hammer. Den Umgan mit dem Pizzaofen muss man üben :-) Aber toll ist, überhaupt einen zu haben. Einziges Manko: Die Autobahn ist schon deutlich zu hören, wenn einen das stört.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt

Vier Freundinnen die seit über 20 Jahren jedes Jahr eine Woche Ferien verbringen. In diesen vielen Jahren haben wir noch nie eine Unterkunft wie diese gehabt. Von A bis Z alles hervorragend. Das Haus war blitzsauber, die Ausstattung in der nicht das Geringste fehlte. Speziell zu erwähnen ist die überaus freundliche Betreuung vor Ort. Wir empfehlen das Haus sehr gerne weiter. Tout simplement parfait

La villa Tonio est une magnifique villa avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Elle très spacieuse, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et tout à fait conforme à la description. Nous avons été bien acceuillis par la propriétaire qui nous avait préparé l'apéro avec des produits locaux. Durant notre séjour, elle a été très disponible pour nous recommander de jolies visites et de bons restaurants.

Schöner Urlaub in Ligurien

Wir haben Ligurien zum ersten mal besucht und waren begeistert. Unser Ferienhaus hatte eine traumhafte Lage, es war großzügig und bot die verschiedensten Möglichkeiten für gemeinsame Aktivitäten oder für einen privaten Rückzug. Das Wetter war sehr warm und sonnig, baden im Meer war eine angenehme Abkühlung. Die Restaurants vor Ort boten lokale Küche mit freundlichem und kompetenten Service. Wir haben das Raieü und das Melograno besucht und können beide empfehlen. In der Umgebung kann man einkaufen und bummeln in Sestri Levante oder Ciavari. Für Ausflüge eigenen sich Genua oder Cinque terre oder Rappalo mit Bootstrip via Portofino nach San Fruttuoso. Allen die Ligurien besuchen wollen - viel Vergnügen!

Vacances d’été

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances, la maison est très bien équipée, propre, avec une vue à couper le souffle. On ne s’en lasse pas. Flaminia a remplit son rôle parfaitement, très bon accueil et échange. Je vous recommande cette maison de vacances.
