The house is located in an exclusive condominium village on the hill overlooking the small village of Cavi di Lavagna and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and balcony, all surrounded by a garden with terraces and barbecue and private parking.
The villa is located 1.5 km from the sea and in the village is available, during the summer, a shuttle that leads to the beach and the small village below where there are shops, bars and restaurants.
A few kilometers away are the stations of Sestri Levante or Lavagna from which you can easily reach the Cinque Terre, all the villages of the Gulf of Tigullio and Genoa.
Pets are allowed in the house.

We had a lovely stay at this beautifull house. Everything is there to have a great holiday. Very nice location, but you need a car to get anywhere.

Villa just as described

The views from the villa are something else. If like me, you like taking pictures of the sunset then this is the place to stay. We travelled by train to Pisa and that was easy and straight forward. We used the villa as a base and went exploring.

Cavi di Lavagna

Patrizia welcomed us to the beautiful house in Cavi di Lavagna and we immediately noticed the beautiful view of the sea. The house is exactly as described in the ad, very clean and very well equipped. Patrizia was always very helpful with all of our questions and also cleaned the pool in between.

Amazing house and pool

As others have said you can hear motorway noise but this really didn't bother us. Location is not quite as described as it's not in the centre of cavi but up a steep winding hill so takes around 20 minutes to walk to nearest restaurant. However being up the hill means you have three most amazing views so totally worth it.

Great View

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was in a very good shape, very clean and the view was phenomenal. We were four and there was plenty of space. Patrizia was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback: the motorway is clearly audible despite the great distance due to the hillside location. For dog owners: Walking the dog can be exhausting ;-) But that is obvious when you stay in Liguria.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Ligurien

Das Haus liegt sehr schön oberhalb der Küste und hat einen herrlichen Ausblick. Sehr schön um die Cinque Terre, Genua, Carrara oder auch Pisa und Lucca zu besuchen. Supermärkte, Bäcker und Restaurants sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zahlreich vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist sehr einfach und sehr gut. Alles war top.

Wir haben zu viert mit unserem Hund entspannte Urlaubstage in wunderschöner Umgebung verbracht. Tolle Lage, fantastischer Blick und ein traumhafter Pool - das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, einschließlich Außengrill, Parkplatz und eingezäuntem Gelände. Der Kontakt mit Patricia war unkompliziert und verlässlich. Einzig die Autobahn kann ein wenig stören, trotzdem eine absolute Empfehlung!

Aussicht, Gastgeberin, Villa einfach perfekt😁 Pool sehr gross und sehr sauber. Hund dort nicht erlaubt... Gastgeberin auch bei einem Hundenotfall sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, top! Lage: bei sommerlichen Temperaturen leider zu weit, um zu Fuss ans Meer zu gelangen. Aber mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Grosser, eingezäunter Umschwung. Danke Patrizia für ALLES!

Super tolles Haus in einer Top Lage

Ein einfach tolles Haus in einer super schönen Umgebung. Selbst die nahe Autobahn stört nicht. Für Partiesuchende ist die Anlage nicht geeignet, aber das war auch nicht unser Anliegen. Die Gastgeberin Patrizia ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Danke auch nochmals an Patrizia. Dieses Haus kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Das Haus ist groß, sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick ist grandios und mit der größte Vorteil. Der Pool konnte noch im Oktober gut genutzt werden. Einziger Nachteil: die nahe Autobahn ist leider störender als erwartet.
