Orange Beach, Al is tucked between Mobile, Al to the west and Pensacola, Fl to the east. Each are approximately a 1 hour drive. Lei Lani Condominiums is on the east side of Orange Beach. This property offers both ocean and bay front units. I have to offer a recently updated, bright and cheerful studio condo with all the amenities. As my guests you will find a new queen Murphy bed, a completely remodeled kitchen with granite and new appliances. Complete bathroom with tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer included in the unit for guest use. A great vacation spot close to all attractions.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
— Check Out procedures — 1.Please leave the parking pass on the counter for the next guest. If you do not I will have to charge you $75 to replace it.
2.Empty the coffee pot and clean all dishes before leaving(there is a dishwasher). They can be left drying on the counter or in the dishwasher. 3.Put all trash in the dumpster at the road.
4.Put AC on 75 and please close curtains over sliding glass door 5.Check out time is 10 am, time to prepare for the next guests! 6.Finally, Please do not put the bed covers/bed spread with wet towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking is monitored. Guest are be expected to display the included parking pass. If an additional pass is needed then you can purchase one for $50.
If you fail to return the included pass then you will be charged $75 for a replacement.

Very Convenient Condo

Had a wedding to attend in Orange Beach and just needed a place for myself. This place fit the bill and provided all that I needed. Admittedly, I didn't take full advantage of my stay there as I was typically out doing wedding groups things. Location is close to many restaurants/bars, and right across the highway from the beach. I'd stay here again!

Everything about our stay was great. Justin is a great host. There were a couple times we had to reach out to him, he answered our calls and texts very fast. I would definitely rent his condo again. Great location on the beach.

Cute little getaway

Stayed here with 2 teenage boys for a soccer tournament. They absolutely loved it better than an hotel room. This was the perfect place to be stuck during bad weather than the hotel. It was clean and the beach is just across the street. There is also a pool for the kids which is great at night. Will stay again in the future.

Our stay at Lei Lani was perfect! A little small for our liking, but the condo itself was amazing. Clean and offered everything we needed! The pool overlooking the bay was beautiful and perfect. Parking was difficult under the condo, but we managed! Justin checked in on us when we arrived and was very attentive! We will definitely be back!

This was our 2nd time staying at Lei Lani, and the first time staying at this unit.We loved the "ledge" on the balcony (we noticed only this unit had it) and enjoyed eating breakfast there every morning! Unit was clean and exactly as advertised. Lei Lani is a hidden gem! The crosswalk to the beach is directly in front of the complex. Very nice pool with a shaded corner area with tables and chairs, perfect place to relax and watch the boats go by in the Ole River. Charcoal grills available as well!

The property was even nicer than the photos showed!

The property was amazing and comfortable for my group traveling. We did not spend a ton of time at the condo except to sleep and relax for the morning before heading to the beach. The patio was a great benefit as well as the keyless entry. I especially loved the proximity to the beautiful beach! The street seems busy and intimidating but upon walking out of the complex a crosswalk is immediately to the right leading across the street and straight to the beach!

Nice condo, perfect for the 3 of us (me, the wife & 4 year old grandson). Has 2 beds, including the pull out couch. Short 5 minute walk to the beach, cross walk is at the entrance to the condos. Centrally located, less than 5 minute drive to just about anything you need. Justin was very accommodating and very responsive.

Hi, my name is Justin Mayfield. I live about an hour away from where the condo is located but I grew up in Orange Beach. I enjoy the area, the activities, and the lifestyle that Orange Beach offers so much I find myself spending as much time as possible there. When the opportunity became available to own this little slice of life down here I jumped on it. I look forward to being able to share the same joys with you that I have enjoyed since I was young. Orange Beach is beautiful and relaxing community built around its fishing village heritage. You can enjoy whatever suits you. Most things are very accessible from this location. Previous guests are always reluctant to leave and typically return.

Why they chose this property

This property was chosen because of its location. It is right in the middle of everything. Gulf to the south, Ole River with bay access to the north and miles of beaches east and west. I myself am an avid boater and I love this location as its very convenient and affordable.
