This bright, open-plan suite features vaulted ceilings, a comfortable queen bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a gas range. Stay connected with fast Wi-Fi and a large TV — ideal for remote workers and longer stays.

Guests share access to a resort-style backyard with a sparkling pool, raised stone waterfall hot tub, and built-in fire pit. A large covered pergola with outdoor sectional seating provides a shaded retreat in the fully fenced, landscaped yard.

Set in a quiet pocket of Tarzana, minutes from Ventura Boulevard's dining scene, the 101 and 405 freeways, and a scenic 20-minute drive to Topanga Canyon and Malibu.

The ADU is small as you'd expect, but functional. Only thing missing is an actual table to dine at. It could use a few more kitchen items like a pot to make pasta but overall it had what you'd expect.The pool and pergola area are beautiful and we were grateful to be able to use them both. It was a very serene place. No noise from the freeways but close to all you need.The owners were extremely nice and never made us feel that we were intruding on their space. Great little retreat for a couple to stay at.
