This condo is on the top floor and is quiet for sleeping. No one above to disturb your sleep for your busy days. Elevator on site. Lots of parking available for your vehicles.
Great value vacation condo sleeps up to 6. This condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There is a full size washer and dryer, central air and heat, iron and ironing board, telephone service, patio table and chairs. TV's in all rooms. Less than a minute walk to the pool and clubhouse. Ring camera doorbell for your safety.

Amazing location and comfortable condo!!

Everything was perfect. Host made check in seamless and checked in on us once we arrived to make sure we had everything needed. Kids loved pool and water slides. Very comfortable with everything you need for a lovely weekend.

Our stay was great. This property was very clean! The neighborhood felt safe. We loved the amenities. It was perfectly stocked for our (2 kids, 2 adults) four night stay. It was quiet. My only complaint was that the beds weren’t very comfortable. I will definitely consider staying here again!!

It sure beats staying in a motel or hotel! You can put the kids to bed and relax by the TV or sit on the balcony without disturbing the kids. For the size of the condo, it is a heck of a lot cheaper than staying at Disney!

Convenient with Lots of Amenities

Perfect location for a Disney trip. It was a quick and easy drive to all the parks, and there was shopping, gas, and food close by as well. The property was great for down time, too, with a beautiful pool and hot tub that my kids loved. Ample space for my family and very clean as well. Incredibly quiet for a big property. We would definitely stay again!

Easter Disney Trip

Family spring break

Have to say one of the nicest, cleanest places I have been in. Beyond my expectations not only was the condo perfect for our trip but the facilities, pool, game room, and management were excellent. Very nice family atmosphere . Not only was it close to Disney but on our day off to relax at the Windsor Hills resort we had the pleasure of enjoying a really fun pool party. Will be back highly recommended.

I have found a wonderful Property Manager that assists us with our vacationers needs. He has helped find suitable accommodations when there flights were delayed due to weather, picked up a TV remote when my vacationers were unable to find, assist with entry to the door, and much more. Windsor Hills Community association also has entertainment during the month. Some forms of entertainment are; Gatorland brings over reptiles and other animals for the kids to view, Zumba in the pool, kettle drums and vocalists near the pool. It's nice to relax by the pool and let the kids have fun and entertain themselves. There is also WiFi by the pool for those that need there electronics on vacation!

This is the first time ever we stayed off property while visiting Walt Disney World. To be honest, I was very apprehensive not staying at a Disney resort. After my stay here, I don’t think I will stay on property again! We had the perfect stay here. The home was in a great location. It was clean, safe, and comfortable. We truly loved our stay here and would book it again in a heartbeat!

Staying off the property is more relaxing and gives you the opportunity to save money, eat healthier, see other fun activities (Old town, Funs Spot, etc.). I like to do a day at Disney and then a day of rest, otherwise I would need a vacation from the vacation!

Great place!

Clean condo that looked exactly as shown with all needed items on hand. Nice screened in balcony with seating and a great community pool area just a 5 minute walk away. 10 minute drive to Disney parks and less than 5 to Walmart. Gated property felt very safe and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much!

We are a Canadian family that live in Paris, Ontario. This is our vacation home that our 3 boys loved when they were little and now it is our retirement home! We have family in Daytona and this was a perfect location to have a vacation and see family members. I am a Registered Nurse and use to live in Greensboro, NC. Florida is warmer! Our home is clean and has everything you need. Our home my not be perfect but it is clean. We are priced reasonable.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for many reasons. We wanted to be close to family and area attractions, and most important, safety! This property is gated with guards 24 hours and has excellent and friendly staff. There are no resort fees or parking fees.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the beautiful pool and the many activities on site of the community. You could stay at the property for the week without leaving the property if you want a relaxing vacation. Our kids love playing pool and Ping-Pong. I feel safe letting my children walk around the community and to the Club house to enjoy the activities. Our children love the staff as they are friendly. The site is kept in immaculate conditions. The waterslides are included in the cost compared to Westside beside our property that charges $10/day per child. This is a nice perk for young families.
