The former farmhouse was built in 1883 from local limestone and has since been completely renovated. The holiday home is located about 2 km southeast of the city centre in the Affecking area, right on the Danube, and—with good transport connections—offers the perfect blend of nighttime tranquility and proximity to the most beautiful sights.Spanning 200 square metres, a dream holiday home has been created where up to 12 people can leave their everyday lives behind. After a long day filled with countless impressions of the city, you can relax in the large living room on our sofa set with a novel or a good film (70" satellite TV available) or share your experiences with friends online. If you enjoy cooking, it’s a breeze in our fully equipped kitchen. From the wood-burning stove to the induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, everything is provided so you can serve a delightful breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the kitchen’s dining area or in the living room. Additional room amenities: a 15-square-meter bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and window; an additional toilet; 1 double bedroom (convertible) on the ground floor and 4 double bedrooms (convertible) on the upper floor with a new bathroom, a 40-square-meter terrace directly in front of the house, and another 40-square-meter terrace along the Danube. 7,500 square metres of outdoor living space, garage, parking in front of the house. The holiday home is rented for exclusive use, whether you’re travelling as a couple or a group of 12. You won’t have to share the house or the garden with other guests. This spacious luxury is truly one-of-a-kind. “You can enjoy the following complimentary extras on-site: 2 refrigerators, a freezer, a washing machine and dryer, super-fast internet (VDSL), 5 large LCD TVs with satellite, and plenty of parking and storage space. Towels and bed linens are included. The total booking amount must be paid by bank transfer 4 weeks before arrival. For last-minute bookings, please pay the total amount in cash upon arrival. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wunderschönes Haus und Anwesen.Wir haben von dem Haus aus Sternfahrten mit dem Fahrrad unternommen. Nach Regensburg immer an der Donau entlang und ins liebliche Altmühltal. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und werden sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal hier gewesen sein. Auch sehr zu empfehlen ist das dunkle Barock Bier im Kloster Weltenburg, selten so ein leckeres Bier getrunken.

Hervorragender Aufenthalt am Ufer der Donau

Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine ideale Raumaufteilung und bietet ausreichend Platz, um mit mehreren Personen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Sauberkeit im ganzen Ferienhaus und die sehr gute Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche. Es fehlt einem an nichts und das wirklich sehr große Grundstück rundet den Aufenthalt ab. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail haben die Besitzer ein wunderbares Urlaubsidyll geschaffen, das es lohnt zu bereisen.

Perfekt für Familientreffen

Schöne Lage direkt an der Donau. Eine große, reich und sinnvoll ausgestattete Wohnung in einem alten Bauernhaus mit Garten, teilweise überdachter Terrasse mit Grill und viel Platz zum Spielen. Nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Hofladen und Supermarkt sowie Gaststätten. Ein herzlicher Gastgeber, der jeden vernünftigen Wunsch erfüllt. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Was will man mehr?

Gästehaus am Donauspitz

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr schöne Lage um Landschaft, die Donau, Kehlheim, Regensburg zu gemießen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, auch mit schönen Plätzen draußen zum Verweilen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit.

Wir kommen seit Jahren jeden Sommer in die Region. Bisher waren wir immer im Hotel, weil eine Ferienwohnung mit Hunden schwer zu finden ist. Dieses Objekt hat uns nun auf ganzer Linie überzeugt.

Alles in Ordnung

Das Haus und auch der Vermieter sind top. Es war ein toller Kurzurlaub in Kelheim! Das Haus ist super, ausreichend Platz für eine 8-köpfige Erwachsenengruppe. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Sehr großzügiges Haus mit Ruhe und Komfort

Ein sehr freundlicher und engagierter Vermieter, der nicht geizt, ein so großes Haus kuschlig warm zu heizen, was in der kälteren Jahreszeit, in der wir da waren, eine Wohltat war. Hervorzuheben sind ein wunderbar großes Bad, ausreichend Schränke für Garderobe und ein großes Gäste-WC. Sollte etwas nicht vorhanden sein, so ist der Vermieter sehr bemüht, es zu beschaffen. Den Punktabzug gibt es leider dafür, dass ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist (was meines Erachtens gelesen werden muss - für Familien kein Problem, aber ansonsten?
