Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Der Check-In war unkompliziert. Wir sind mit Hund und Kater angereist, was gar kein Problem war. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Größe. Das Wohnzimmer besticht durch die tolle Aussicht in den Garten. In der Küchenausstattung hätte sich unser Nachwuchs noch Müsli-Schüsseln gewünscht (Jammern auf hohem Niveau). Einziges Manko: Das WLan war die ersten Tage kaum ausreichend für die große Wohnung. Am Ende wurde es etwas besser. Allerdings ließen sich gängige Apps wie zB TikTok oder Spiele kaum ausführen. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man ist wirklich in nur 20 Min in Regensburg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nur 10 Min mit dem Auto bequem zu erreichen. Die Donau ist 5 Min von der Wohnung zu Fuß zu erreichen und läd zu längeren Spaziergängen ein. Für Familien, auch mit Haustieren, sehr zu empfehlen.

Nahe am Donauufer, direkt am Rad- und Wanderweg in die Stadt Regensburg, kurzer Weg nach Kelheim/ Donaudurchbruch. Wir waren mit dem Pkw unterwegs.

Geräumige Wohnung mit herrlich blühendem Garten und Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Morgen- und Abendsonne. Donau mit Schwimmgelegenheit und idyllischem Biergarten in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso Bolzplatz. Sehr freundliche Vermieter und netter Empfang!
