Lock all gates to pool area
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to be in the pool without adult supervision. No rough play in pool. Gates must remain locked
Please obey all Oak Island rules and regulations including Quiet Hours 11pm -7am
Absolutely no smoking or pets on the premises, inside or outside. A $500 fine will be imposed if rules are not adhered to.

Perfect place! A 3 minute drive to the beach and a beautifully laid out back yard with a deck/gated pool! Lots of floats that we were invited to use. Tons of places to sit inside and outside. The decor was gorgeous & the beds and pillows were just the right amount of soft. The hosts supplied enough toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags for our two day stay. The sheets were already on the bed which was a time saver after our long drive. The current pictures really don’t do the home justice. It was impeccably clean & smelled amazing! The home fit my husband and I, out 1 yr old grandson, and two of our adult sons & their wives perfectly. Our other two sons will definitely come with us next time we visit Shore Luv Relaxin. The layout of the king bed in the primary room and the two queens in the secondary rooms was genius! This will be the place we look to stay every time we visit Oak Island. Thank you for an amazing experience, Wanda & Smokey!

This is the most cleanest and beautiful beach home I've ever rented. Everything was just perfect! Very spacious and comfortable . The pool was a bonus , we all enjoyed it all.
