House was stocked with things I didn’t even know I wanted but needed! Beautiful and maintained house with a great location. Walked back from the ice cream store and got home before we even finished our cones! It’s that close. Great lawn games and gathering space outside. Communication was great and timely. Would definitely stay again.

Host profile image
We are a mother-daughter duo who spent six dedicated months personally renovating this charming historic home. Our project was fueled by a shared passion for hospitality and a deep love for Coeur d'Alene. Our goal was to create more than just a rental; we wanted to build a true "home away from home" where every detail is designed for your comfort. We are so excited to share our space with you and help make your CDA getaway unforgettable!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this home’s historic character and its unbeatable location in the Garden District. Being just blocks from the vibrant energy of Sherman Avenue and the serene beauty of Lake Coeur d'Alene offers the perfect balance for a vacation. We poured our hearts into a six-month renovation to ensure the home feels modern and luxurious while preserving its 1919 charm. It’s a place where we love to gather, and we wanted to create that same inviting atmosphere for our guests.

What makes this property unique

All-In Adventure: We provide beach cruisers, kayaks, and a paddleboard so you can enjoy the lake without the hassle of rentals.

Outdoor Living: Our fully fenced yard features a private hot tub, a fire pit, and a unique herb garden in a repurposed greenhouse.

Thoughtful Details: From luxury linens to a fully stocked kitchen and beach essentials, we’ve included everything you need so you can just show up and relax.

Walkable Historic Charm: Enjoy the quiet, tree-lined streets of the historic district while being minutes away from top-tier dining and shopping.
