Magnolia Blue is a single-story 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cottage for up to 8 guests in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea in Seagrove Beach on 30A. The community pool is just steps from the home, and the neighborhood's deeded beach access across 30A is about a 5-minute walk away.

The open living area is a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach and has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar, and the home has hardwood floors. A screened porch with seating and a dining table is a relaxing place to spend time outdoors.

The Primary Bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, with an adjacent bathroom with a shower.

Guests have deeded beach access across 30A, about a 5-minute walk from the home. The area directly in front of the access with chairs and umbrellas is private, and Magnolia Cottages guests are welcome there with a beach setup rented from Shawn's Beach Service. If you'd rather set up your own spot, public beach is about 75 feet to the west or just past the beach setups to the east.

Perfect 30A Beach House!

This beach house was perfect for our girl's trip to 30A!! The beach access was easy to get to and the location on 30A was great - close to so many restaurants. The kitchen had every thing we could possibly need to cook meals at home. We will definitely be staying here again!

Home A-Way from Home

Magnolia Blue truly felt like a home away from home! Our family of seven had an amazing stay. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and even the sleeper sofa was surprisingly comfy for the nights we needed it. This rental has everything you could want for a relaxing family vacation. We loved having a full-sized kitchen where we could prepare a few meals and save on dining expenses. The in-house laundry was also a huge bonus, especially with kids! Whether it was a random spill, a forgotten item of clothing, or someone realizing they only packed one pair of shorts, having a washer and dryer right there was incredibly convenient. The hosts also thought of the little things that make a stay extra special. There was a cabinet stocked with toys and games, along with beach accessories on the deck. The location was fantastic, too! Being so close to the pool was especially convenient because, with our family, someone seemed to forget something every single time we headed down there. The public beach access was also just a relatively short walk away. We were extremely happy with our stay at Magnolia Blue and would absolutely book this cottage again. It was the perfect home base for our family vacation, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay!

Best stay on 30a!

This beach house was absolutely perfect for our week vacation on 30a. The house was in beautiful shape, had everything we needed for the week, and could not have been in a better spot to be able to relax while also having quick access to a pool and the beach. Check in and check out process was super easy and stress free, we will absolutely be staying here again whenever we come back. Couldn't say enough great things about this property.
