COVID retreat

We spent three months in sunny Phoenix as a respite from being shut-in during the coldest days of winter in Minnesota. This condo was in the perfect location for our outdoor hobbies of golf and hiking. Convenient to everything, but in a gated community for personal safety. Our host (Mike), couldn't have been more responsive to our questions and requests (replace a lightbulb we couldn't reach). Our adult daughter stayed with us for a few weeks, and the condo, with it's two master suites, was perfect. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the appliances were all in great working order. Mike made sure to include anti-bacterial cleaning materials and hand sanitizer. Our dog appreciated the 5 dog-walk areas and we liked the provided clean-up supplies. We spent many happy hours destressing after a long day of work (great Wi-Fi, BTW) on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Really, my only negative would be that there wasn't much of a view from the balcony, but it was only a few steps out of the condo to see Lookout Mountain and the sunsets. Mike was an awesome host!

We stayed at this property from January - March 2015 and loved it. Mike was great to work with pre-stay, during stay and at departure. We loved the location and enjoyed the great weather. We like outdoor activities and were close to hiking, biking trails, walking trails, good restaurants - a good location for us. We were close to activities and enjoyed PGA golf tournament, Barrett-Jackson car show, Renaissance fair, Sedona, Grand Canyon, Baseball spring training games, all kinds of nearby, fun things to do. The condo itself and the location met all of our needs. Thank you Mike for allowing us to stay at your property!

Great rental experience at 515726

We stayed January through March 2015 at this condo and have only good things to say about the condo, Mike, and the location. Mike was very easy to work with pre-stay, during and as we departed. We liked the location as we are very active with bike riding, golf, walks, and just getting out and enjoying activities in general. We enjoyed golf every weekend, biking on several great bike trails (one starts right by the complex), hiking on the nearby trails and mountains, good restaurants, and also went to PGA tournament, Barrett Jackson auction, Botanical Gardens, Musical Instrument Museum, Renaissance fair, Sedona, Grand Canyon and much, much more. The weather was perfect for the three months - sunshine all but a few days and warm temperatures. The condo was nice - everything we needed! Thank you Mike for allowing us to be at your condo this winter! Debra & Dave

Visiting from Colorado

This condo was everything we expected it to be. We had all that we needed, and enjoyed the the location and the furnishings. We brought our dog with us, and it was great that there was a nice grassy area just steps from the front door. There were just a couple issues and questions that we had during our stay, and Mike was very prompt resolving the issues and answering our questions. The condo is very close to several major highways but it is in a quiet gated community, which was nice. We would definitely stay here on another visit to the Phoenix area.
