All Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins in the Bear Box on the driveway and secured.
Ensure Garage doors are closed, front door is locked/deadbolted, and sliding doors are locked with safety bar installed.
Message owner when you depart the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
