The newly remodeled kitchen is a chef’s paradise w/all new stainless steel appliances, including oven, electric stove, & french door fridge/freezer. 4 kitchen bar seats.

Dining table for 6. If you prefer to dine outside, step through the sliders where you will find wrap around bench seating, BBQ, & an unforgettable Lake Tahoe backdrop.

The Primary BR is downstairs w/king bed & attached BA w/walk-in shower & separate tub. Also downstairs is a half bath in hallway. On the 2nd floor, BRs 2 & 3 have queen beds. The 2nd floor BA is complete w/shower/tub combo & personal sauna. The 3rd floor features a 2nd loft w/2 twin beds & an ensuite half bath.

Resort Amenities include 2 heated pools plus a kiddie pool, two shared hot tubs, a shared sauna, a fitness center, a beach, a picturesque pier, fire pits on the lakeside patio & seasonal BBQs and boat buoys available first come first served. Great location

Easy to get to ski slope, beautiful view of the lake and very comfortable design. Sauna was great and was enjoyed by all. Great accommodations for 7 of us.

This condo is fresh, current and well appointed. The furniture was really comfy with plenty of room to stretch out for all four of us. The decor is tastefully done. The views an location are spectacular! Would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic Stay, Would Recommend

This unit was absolutely everything our family was looking for! Unit was clean, organized, and everything worked on the first try. The A/C was a wonderful use, as our stay coincided with a heat wave! The fireplace was perfect for early morning sunsets, and we were able to make use of the kitchen for a gourmet meal. I would absolutely recommend for future stays!

We have been staying with RNR for over five years now and always enjoy working with their company and their staff members. Our only recommendation would be to improve the parking pass situation with the HOA - this house does have four separate sleeping areas which suggests four couples can comfortably stay in this home. This would suggest four potential vehicles would need to park at Lakeland to support the capacity of the home. We would just recommend increasing the parking pass count to reflect the capacity count of the home. Otherwise, it’s a wonderful property!

Great place right on the lake

We loved the place. It was exactly as advertised except for one key thing: the AC really only worked on the ground floor. The second floor and third floor loft got quite hot and the AC wasn’t doing much to cool down, especially since there was a note saying by to set the AC below 72. The views were gorgeous. The sunsets were breathtaking. Our only complaint was the AC situation. We had chosen this unit specifically because of the AC because one person in our group gets heat-induced migraines and needs AC. Because the AC didn’t work upstairs, where she was staying, she did get a migraine her last day and half there.

Our complaint is the place was not cleaned well. There was dust and crumbs on surfaces. Our garbage was never picked up . We were there for 8 days. Also one set of towels per person is ridiculous. I’m on vacation I don’t want to do the wash. Should have regular wine glasses. We bought some and left them there.

Beautiful view, nice house for adults

The house and the view of the lake were lovely. The house was very clean. The kitchen lacked a lot of items and doesn't include anything for children. When we reached out to management about basic items including pot holders we were told to look in the kitchen for them, but there weren't any pot holders included. The management company did end up bringing them eventually but the back and forth was a little odd when we needed to cook dinner. The lack of kitchen items for kids at the house price point was disappointing as you don't want to feel stressed as a parent about your kids using breakable dishes on vacation. The mattresses could use a topper, they were a little tough on our backs. Another FYI for visitors, there is a bit of a walk from the parking lot to the house itself so be prepared when packing. The house is overall lovely and you can't beat the view and access to the lake. We enjoyed our stay there and when the management company did come to fix the sauna they were friendly.
