Seth was an amazing communicator and easy to work with. The home was pet-friendly, clean and had all we needed. Loved the care he put into our experience and the remodel of this unique home. Highly recomend anyone staying here that is looking for a family-friendly space to call home away from home.
Seth is a wonderful host with excellent communication throughout our stay, including clear instructions for parking (So convenient in the carport), check-in (conveniently electronic), and departure. The house is lovely and welcoming, with charming café-style string lights and an American flag out front. The layout is especially versatile, offering the option to divide the home into two separate living spaces—each with its own kitchen and sitting area—by simply closing a door. The showers are spacious, and the new air conditioning system cools the house quickly and efficiently. We also appreciated the sleeping arrangements, with three queen beds and a bunk bed setup, which made it comfortable for our group. The separated living area even has its own dedicated AC system that works very well. The location is convenient, with a Publix just a mile away and several great restaurants nearby.Overall, this was a fantastic stay—perfect for the airshow. Highly recommend!

About the host
Hosted by Seth Kaiser
Originally growing up in Minnesota, I chose to move to Florida, and it was definitely the right choice. I love investing in real estate, investing in people, and creating fun spaces for others to share their joys and memories with those that matters most.
Why they chose this property
The historic Garden District is right in downtown, close to all the action! The farmers market, fireworks displays, and car show or just a few of the amazing events that happened in our front lawn every year
What makes this property unique
Originally built by citrus, farmers, and surviving World War I, two, and all the major world events. There were 2 feet of magazines from 1915 hidden in the ceiling, and other treasures we found in the walls.
