Escape to Peachy Palms in the sought after gated Barrier Dunes community. This lovely 2-story townhome spans 1,377 square feet. It offers great views and welcomes pets. You can relax on three balconies. Two overlook a fishing pond with fountains. The third balcony has stunning sunrise views of St. Joe Bay.

The Peachy Palms vacation rental features a full kitchen and inviting wood floors. It sits just steps from a private beach with ocean views. You can sunbathe, fish, enjoy bonfires, and watch sunrises and sunsets.

Barrier Dunes provides two pools. One faces the Gulf with ocean views. The other is heated for seasonal use. You can also play pickleball and enjoy many nearby activities. Your vacation rental stay comes with a fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, and beautiful views throughout.

Amazing!

We loved our stay at Peachy Palms! We found the condo airy and very clean, well stocked with all the necessary kitchen items needed for the week. We loved that there are two pool options, one close to the unit, bicycles to ride, pickleball equipment, beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas were also provided. My grandkids enjoyed feeding the turtles in the pond. We loved that it is a quiet complex and family friendly beach. A slower vibe, which I loved. We are glad we found Cape San Blas, we will be back!

Perfect for Families!

This townhome is such a sweet and inviting space. It is well appointed with anything and everything your family might need throughout your stay. We brought ourselves, food, and clothes to the condo for the week and Chris and Dodie provided the rest! We loved riding bikes around the community and loading up the wagon to tote our chairs down to the sparsely populated beach every evening during golden hour. Our girls loved riding the waves on the provided floats and boogie boards. I was even able to talk my preteens into playing a (very short) game of pickle ball one afternoon. While our two Shih Tzus did not enjoy beach time during our stay, they did enjoy the townhome’s porches and laying in the sunbeams created by all of natural light.

First time in the Cape and Peachy Palms. Put on your bucket list!

Our family stayed here for five days, and we enjoyed every minute of our trip. From the beginning, the host made everything easy by providing clear, detailed instructions before our arrival, which made check-in completely stress-free. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed. The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, warm, and inviting. It was also stocked with thoughtful extras and treats that made us feel right at home. We loved relaxing on the back porch overlooking the peaceful pond, and there was even a distant view of the bay from the front. Our kids had a great time with the games the host provided, and the beach gear was a huge bonus that made our beach days even more enjoyable. My wife especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was. It had everything needed to prepare meals, which made dining in easy and convenient. At the end of each day, the beds were incredibly comfortable—the perfect place to unwind after spending the day at the beach or exploring the bay. We highly recommend booking this condo. The host truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for, making the entire experience feel like VIP treatment. If you choose to stay here, you can book with confidence knowing you’ll be in great hands!

A Perfect Family Getaway at Peachy Palms

Peachy Palms is absolute perfection! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated, comfortable, and immaculately clean the home was. It truly felt like a home away from home, and it was stocked with everything we needed and so much more. One of our favorite surprises was the fully equipped beach closet. It included Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, floats, and, best of all, a beach cart that made carrying everything to the beach effortless. There were also bicycles and a paddleboard available to enjoy. Barrier Dunes itself was wonderful, with two pools and a beautiful, walkable community. The beach was just a quick three-minute stroll from the condo, making it easy to spend our days by the water. We also loved relaxing on the deck and watching the turtles swim in the pond directly behind the condo. The provided propane grill made it easy to enjoy meals at the condo, and on other evenings we visited several excellent local restaurants just a few minutes away. Cape San Blas is the perfect destination for families. Although we didn't bring our fur babies this trip, we loved that both Barrier Dunes and Peachy Palms are pet-friendly, making it an ideal vacation spot for the whole family. We can't wait to book another stay at Peachy Palms and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect family beach vacation!

Fantastic Getaway!!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. All 3 of us had a great time. The bikes were a great amenity. Two teenage girls rode them everyday to go get ice cream! Will definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

We’re from the peach state, Georgia. We first discovered Cape San Blas in 2020 while living full-time in our RV, and it was love at first sight. The pristine, uncrowded beaches, the untouched natural beauty, and the peaceful, laid-back atmosphere completely captured our hearts.

Just minutes away, the charming coastal town of Port St. Joe offers that historic Southern feel we adore — friendly faces, local shops, and a slower pace of life invites you to truly unwind.

We knew this was a place we wanted to one day put down roots — and share with others. That’s how our beach home was born: a welcoming space where families can gather, reconnect, and make lasting memories.
