You can relax on three balconies. Two overlook a fishing pond with fountains. The third balcony has stunning sunrise views of St. Joe Bay.

The Peachy Palms vacation rental features a full kitchen and inviting wood floors. It sits just steps from a private beach with ocean views. You can sunbathe, fish, enjoy bonfires, and watch sunrises and sunsets.

Barrier Dunes provides two pools. One faces the Gulf with ocean views. The other is heated for seasonal use. You can also play pickleball and enjoy many nearby activities. Your vacation rental stay comes with a fully stocked kitchen, beach gear, and beautiful views throughout.

Guest is required to sign Renter Agreement within 48 hrs of booking. Security Deposit required of up to $300. Minimum age to rent 21.
For last-minute bookings, agreement must be signed before check-in info is sent.
NO Smoking, No parties/events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM.
