Our holiday apartment is located in the newly built Villa Strandperle in an exclusive part of Börgerende, yet in an exceptionally quiet and idyllic setting. Enjoy the fantastic location with a garden, or listen to the sound of the sea from the comfort of your bed in the morning after waking up! :-)

And having your morning coffee served in bed? No problem—the luxuriously equipped kitchen offers everything your heart desires:
A built-in oven, built-in microwave, large induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, and separate freezer, toaster, electric kettle, etc., are all available for your use in the kitchen. You won’t be missing anything when it comes to dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.

Bad weather on the horizon? Then treat yourself to a latte macchiato from the Dolce Gusto coffee maker and enjoy the day anyway. A small selection of books, games, and DVDs will keep boredom at bay.

In this 58 m² apartment, you can treat yourself to a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. The two bedrooms can accommodate 4 adults and a toddler. The large bedroom features a 180x200 cm double bed and a 43" flat-screen TV, and is comfortably furnished. Here, you can immerse yourself in a cosy, relaxing atmosphere.
In the slightly smaller bedroom, you’ll find peace and quiet in a 140x200 cm double bed with a 32" flat-screen TV.
Of course, the apartment is equipped with a modern bathroom featuring a shower—a towel warmer, hair dryer, and little extras ensure your comfort. The entire apartment features underfloor heating.

Your family is important to us: a high chair and a travel cot (120x60 cm) are available in the apartment at no extra charge.

The spacious living room, featuring a dining area, sofa, and armchair, is furnished to be particularly cosy. This is also where you’ll find the media area with a flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, and radio. Internet and Wi-Fi are not yet available here.

Treat yourself to some sunbathing on the southwest-facing terrace or enjoy a cup of coffee on the lovely patio furniture.

The apartment also comes with a free parking space. You can lock your bike under the terrace.

The apartment is an ideal and central starting point for excursions into the beautiful Mecklenburg countryside. The Europaradweg bike path runs right along the dike, or you can go on wonderful hikes in the nature-rich surroundings. Horse lovers will also find plenty to enjoy at one of the nearby riding stables.
