Perfect set up for our group of 9 (5 adults and 4 teens). Kids kept busy in game rooms/theater. All enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated thae ample seating around the fire pit. Screened in porch with fire pit was a huge bonus on a rainy day! Excellent host!
