Perfect!

Everything was wonderful! So clean and spacious! We really appreciated having two separate bathrooms. The pool, garden, fitness room and sauna were very nice amenities as well. Highly recommend this lovely property!

Very pleasant stay in a very clean apartment

Very clean, spatious apartment with a recent renovated bathroom. Kitchen had everything you need. Private garden was enjoyable for the kids ( 4 and almost 2 yrs old ). Although the weather wasn't that good, our son enjoyed the swimming pool. Also the fishes in the pool were an attraction for them. Manuel was very friendly, and helpful in case we needed any information. Kudos! The center of Erpel is quite small, a typical center of a small village. There is a bakery, a cafe and three restaurants I believe. Beware that you can only pay cash in most of them :p Supermarkets are only a 5 min drive by car from the apartment. There is a small playground in the neighbourhood. The ferry for non-motorized vehicles to Remagen is a 10min walk, bit a pity that it only goes between 7u00 - 7u30 and 13u30 - 18u, which forces you to use the car and take the ferry from Linz ( 5 min drive ) Cycling and running/walking is perfectly possible from the location.

Geniale Wohnung, genialer Ausgangspunkt

Eine gepflegte sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung, die als Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungen und Wanderungen im Siebengebirge und in der Umgebung von Bonn und Koblenz eine super Lage hat. Auch das mit nutzbare Grundstück war inklusive der Aussicht auf das Rheintal sehr schön. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter mit guten Tipps für die Urlaubswoche.

Herrliche Auszeit

Wir haben unseren Herbsturlaub im Siebengebirge verbracht. Die Wohnung ist im perfekten Zustand, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Sie ist hell und angenehm warm. Manuel ist sehr zuverlässig, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder wählen.

Nicht 5, sondern 10+

Wir haben einen Traumurlaub in Erpel verlebt. Die Ferienwohnung war absolut sauber, und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Das ganze Anwesen, incl. Schwimmbad, ist ein Traum zum Erholen und abschalten. Der Vermieter ist herrlich unkompliziert und immer zu Stelle wenn man ihn braucht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Familie Gille aus Worms

Stunning holiday home in great location

We absolutely loved the property - it was spotlessly clean, spacious, well-equipped and practical. The garden was an oasis of calm and relaxation, but only 10 minutes walk from the village square and station. If you’re looking to explore the Rhine between Koblenz and Köln, or even head to the Eifel or Mosel, Manuel’s place is perfect. Manuel was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and was a great host.

Erpel sehen - und bleiben

Ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt in Erpel. Manuel ist ein sehr freundlicher, sympathischer, offener und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der immer gut erreichbar ist und sich auch schnellstmöglich und unkompliziert kümmert, sofern noch etwas benötigt werden sollte. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, groß, hell, gemütlich und sehr sauber. Zudem ist sie mit einer ebenfalls hellen sowie modernen Küche und einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer und auch zwei separate Duschen sind vorhanden. Von der Wohnung aus direkt erreichbar ist ein großer Raum mit Sportgeräten zur Mitnutzung. Eine Sauna befindet sich dort ebenfalls - sehr gemütlich an regnerischen Tagen. Weiterhin kann vom Sportraum aus eine überdachte Terrasse mit einem Außenkamin und Blick auf den Garten betreten werden. Diese Terrasse eignet sich hervorragend zum Frühstücken im Freien. Der große Garten bietet zwei Sonnenliegen und einen wunderschönen Panoramablick. Wer den Blick schweifen lässt, entdeckt ein paar kleine Schlösschen in der Ferne. Der Rhein ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Sogar ein Pool steht im Garten. Ideal zum Abkühlen an einem heißen Tag. Fühlt sich an, wie Urlaub. :-) Die Wohnung ist super und der Vermieter, wie oben schon beschrieben, ein echt sympathischer Typ. Wir haben uns hier von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen. :-)

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Lieber Manuel, mit Spannung und Vorfreude angereist wurden wir mit unserem Labrador Oskar von Euch persönlich sehr herzlich empfangen. Eine Flasche Wasser, eine Flasche Rotwein und Leckerchen für Oskar standen als Willkommensgruß bereit. Die Ferienwohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen - grossräumig, sauber, hell und freundlich. Eine Kaminecke mit überdachter Terrasse, ein Pool im großen Garten mit herrlichem Ausblick, eine Sauna und ein Fitnessraum standen kostenlos zu unserer Verfügung. Vielen Dank für Eure Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns bei Euch sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder nach Erpel, dem romantischen Ort am Rhein. Einfach alles perfekt! Danke Manuel

Die Wohnung ist in einem astreinen und sauberen Zustand! Manuel ist ein Supertyp und hat sich Zeit genommen und mir die Unterkunft ausführlich gezeigt. In der Wohnung selbst ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt, Die Sauna ist super, es gibt eine Terasse mit Kamin, das Feuerholz kann sogar mitbenutzt werden und für aktive Leute sind sogar Fitnessgeräte vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenso ein Traum, die Wohnung ist etwas höher in Erpel gelegen, die Aussicht ist super und Erpel selbst lädt mit der kleinen Altstadt und der direkten Lage am Rhein zum Flanieren ein. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und „muss“ einfach für alle Kategorien der Bewertung die volle Punktzahl geben. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke Manuel!

Super Saubere Ferienwohnung

Absolut empfehlenswert !!!

Mein Bruder und ich wohnen leider sehr weit auseinander. Vor einigen Jahren haben wir es zur Tradition gemacht, dass wir uns mit unseren Familien irgendwo in Deutschland zu einem kleinen Familienurlaub treffen. Und dieses Mal hat es uns nach Erpel verschlagen. Herr Stahl war ein toller Gastgeber und seine zur Verfügung gestellt Wohnung einfach wunderbar !!! Ich habe selten so schön gewohnt !!! Vielleicht kommen wir für einen längeren Zeitraum einmal wieder ?!?

Perfekte Wohnung zum relaxen😍

Ich und meine Familie haben 2 Tagen hier verbracht. Trotz schlechtes Wetter,hat uns diesen Aufenthalt eine Schöne Erinnerung hinterlassen. Der Gastgeber Manuel, ist ein netter und warmherziger Mensch, der immer einsatzbereit ist dir zu helfen. Die Wohnung ist total schick eingerichtet,die Lage paar Minuten vom Rhein entfernt, und ist so sauber, dass man sich wirklich , wie zu Hause fühlt. Man hat dort alles , was man im Urlaub braucht vorhanden, fehlt zufälligerweise etwas, eine Nachricht an Manuel schreiben, und er versucht schnell irgendwie dein Problem zu lösen. Hoffe, dass alle Gastgebern der Ferienwohnungen , von Manuelsverhalten lernen würden, wie man die Gäste betreuen würde. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr Schöne Zeit hier, trotz den starken Wind und Regen uns nicht in Ruhe gelassen haben, aber es ist halt Ende Oktober und was erwartet man mehr !!!
