Bed Arrangements:

• Second Bedroom: Queen beds (because even Ironman heroes need their own space to stretch out).
• Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa, just in case you win the “who’s sleeping on the couch” debate.
The Space:

Guests have access to all the listed resort amenities (which are shared), but of course, your suite is your own private space. The wonderful front desk staff can always help you with any questions.

Other things to note
• One of the guests must be 21 years of age. You will be required to present a photo ID and a credit card at check-in. The check-in agent will charge a refundable damage deposit of $ 250 to your credit card for incidental charges.
• The guest who books the stay must be physically present at the time of check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first.
• The apartment is in a timeshare property, and the pictures are from a typical unit. There are multiple units of this type, and the property management company assigns the exact unit at check-in.
• Pets not allowed.
• Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy per unit.
• No elevators to second-floor suites
• Grocery store less than 2 miles from resort; about 4 miles to closest beach
• Vehicle is suggested, as there aren't many sidewalks/walking paths to town
• Rollaway/extra beds are not available
• Cribs (infant beds) are not available
