A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required for all reservations booked outside of Airbnb. The deposit will be authorized (held) on the credit card used to make the reservation beginning 2 days prior to check-in. If no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or policy violations are identified, the hold will be released 2 days after check-out. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several additional business days for the release of funds to become available in your account.
By completing your reservation, you authorize Bay Property Management to place this temporary hold on the payment card provided. If damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other circumstances incurred during your stay, all or a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover those costs, with documentation provided as applicable.
Occupancy: only registered guests listed on the reservation permitted overnight at the property.
No parties, events, or large gatherings permitted.
This neighborhood observes quiet hours from 11pm to 7 am.
This is a non-smoking/vaping home.
Check in/out: check in begins at 4 pm. Checkout is 10 am unless otherwise approved.
Property care: Please treat the home with care. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Waterfront and outdoor areas: Guests assume all risk when using
