This slice of heaven is a perfect escape from the city or everyday hustle and bustle of life. This property is a short drive to Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown, Richmond and Northern Virginia. Find tranquility and a cool breeze to wash your worries away on the North River. Enjoy a large screen porch with an abundance of comfortable furniture and a patio table to enjoy meals. This porch will be the best seat in the house to watch sunrises, moonlit nights and read a book. Amenities include 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath, fully stocked kitchen, SMART TV, NEW & fast Starlink internet, 2 flat screen TV'S, DVD player, gas grill, 2 adult kayaks and sand toys. Bring your worries and leave them behind at this waterfront retreat!

No more than 6 guest is allowed and NO PARTIES! Our septic tank cannot accommodate more than 8 people.
We work extremely hard to make our rental what it is. Guest are expected to care for it and respect it like their own.

This place is just heaven. I love the way it’s decorated and it even smells amazing! You are close to the small surrounding town but what could be better than sitting on the enclosed porch eating a meal or just watching the ocean? We will definitely be back!

This is the third time my family has stayed at this home and as always we enjoyed our time! Ashley is a fantastic host and has ensured that her home is cozy and has everything you need for a long weekend or week away. Our personal fave is how comfy the beds are, which we've found can be lacking at other rentals. Close enough to restaurants and shopping(15-20 minutes) but you still far enough away to enjoy the quiet! Until next time :-)

We enjoyed our stay the beach was beautiful and the house was clean, peaceful, and relaxing. Very nice neighborhood and beautiful views from the screened in backporch. The kids loved seeing all the crabs, horseshoe crabs, and fish everywhere.

Fun on the beach

Great group vacation home. The beach was fantastic, and the screen porch was wonderful. Dishwasher wasn't working while we were there, but that didn't stop us from relaxing and enjoying our stay.

Relax and enjoy the great view

This is the third time that we have stayed in this house. The house is well appointed and has almost everything you would need. The beds are so very comfortable. We enjoy the house being one floor so that we don’t have to worry about stairs.The little country store a few miles away from the house is a fun place to just stop and look around or pick up one or two items.We enjoy this house and the location
