This high-quality, modern holiday apartment (approx. 95 square metres) for 4 people was completed in 2021 as an eco-friendly wooden structure. It is located on the 2nd floor of the building on a quiet side street, nestled within a residential area. The cantilevered panoramic window integrated into the living area and the spacious balcony offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain peaks of the Kaiser Mountains and their foothills. In the open dining area with a solid-wood kitchen, our guests have the opportunity to prepare regional dishes. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, a spacious freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker, provides everything you need. The entire living and dining area, as well as the two bedrooms, feature solid-wood floorboards treated with organic oil and solid-wood furniture, and each room has individually adjustable wall heating beneath organic clay plaster. The apartment stands out for its building materials, which create an exceptional indoor climate, both in summer and winter. Modern exterior blinds and optimised exterior insulation help keep the apartment cool in summer. The apartment offers two modern bedrooms, one with a solid-wood double bed and another with a sleeper sofa. The comfortable bathroom is equipped with a window, floor heating, a shower enclosure made of synthetic glass, and a toilet. The separate guest bathroom features an automatic ventilation system.
The INNsola indoor pool with sauna and graduation tower is just a 10-minute walk away. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails start right from the property. 200 metres to the Inntal Bike Path. Numerous swimming lakes in and around Kiefersfelden. Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser and other nearby ski resorts are 10–30 minutes away by car. Sleigh and mountain bike rentals available in town.
