High-quality, brand-new (completed in July 2023) Frisian-style house in Greetsiel’s Grachtenpark!

You enter this beautiful home directly through the hallway, which features a nautical-themed coat rack, and then step into the well-equipped kitchen in the open-concept living and dining area. The kitchen features, among other things, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a Senseo pod machine. Right next to it is the dining table with six chairs and the cosy L-shaped sofa facing the large flat-screen TV. From here, you can also step directly out onto the furnished and covered (with a windbreak) patio with an adjoining garden. The garden is partially fenced.
Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed, TV, and chest of drawers, as well as the large bathroom with a 4-person infrared sauna, open shower, sink, and toilet.

On the upper floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed, an open wardrobe, a TV, and a cot; the other with two single beds, a wardrobe, and a cabinet filled with plenty of children’s toys. A second bathroom with a shower completes the upper floor.

In the boiler room on the upper floor, you’ll find a washing machine; the entire house is tiled and equipped with underfloor heating. Pleated blinds are installed on all windows.

A parking space is included with the apartment, and a lockable garden shed is also available for your use. There is a shared dock that you can use, for example, to launch your own boat.

Towels and bed linens can be booked as add-ons. Separate fees apply.

Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property.

We are now able to offer charging stations for electric cars at Greetsieler Grachtenpark (payment based on usage); however, we cannot guarantee continuous and unrestricted availability.

The holiday home is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Canal Park, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. Its location, with access to the canals, offers a beautiful view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town centre with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbour. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing holiday by the water.
