Very close to Greetsiel’s historic fishing harbour, yet slightly set back—in a very quiet location. <br><br>Ground floor:<br><br>The tastefully decorated entryway leads you into the kitchen, which opens onto a light-filled and cosy dining and living area with a wooden beam ceiling. The state-of-the-art kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a Senseo pod machine. The large dining table comfortably seats 6 people, with 2 rolling chairs at each end that can be used to expand the seating area near the sofa if needed. The cosy sofa corner, where you can make yourself really comfortable—“hyggelig”—for relaxing or reading, also invites you to enjoy long evenings watching TV on a 50-inch 4K smart TV. <br><br>A spacious, comfortable bathroom with a 150-cm-long, floor-level walk-in shower featuring a rain showerhead, a sauna, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (two separate mattresses, each 80 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a second smart TV round out the lovely atmosphere on the ground floor. Important for people with disabilities who prefer not to climb stairs.<br><br>Upper Floor:<br><br>An open wooden staircase leads from the living area to the ground floor, which offers a second shower room with a hair dryer and washing machine, as well as two additional charming bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a large double bed (two separate mattresses, each measuring 90 x 200 cm), a third smart TV, and an adjoining walk-in closet. The third bedroom is furnished with a French double bed (mattress size 140 cm), two small wardrobes, and a cosy armchair. A travel cot for young guests is available in a small storage room, where you can also store your suitcases. <br><br>General Information:<br><br>All windows are fitted with pleated blinds. On the ground floor, two windows facing each other, as well as the bathroom window, each have a fly screen. All bedroom windows are equipped with electric exterior blinds and fly screens. The entire house is tiled and features modern underfloor heating. Feel free to enjoy the board games and reading materials provided for guests of all ages.<br><br>The fenced-in garden and the terrace—furnished with adjustable high-back chairs, a large table, and a parasol—invite you to enjoy <br>time outdoors. You can dry your laundry on the provided clothesline.
