A WONDERFUL HOME in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of driveway parking . You can tell immediately so much thought was put into making this home warm, cozy and inviting inside and out. The furnishings are very comfortable throughout. The large open concept living room and kitchen with plenty of light and large windows exudes a calm relaxing ambiance. The kitchen has very nice appliances and great counter space. The bedrooms are large with comfy king beds and very nice bedding. Great shower heads in bathroom . The theater-exercise room with a large sectional was great for the teens. It has a nice private office space for those needing to do a bit of work. The beautiful fenced backyard with deck, comfortable patio furniture, grill, fire pit and hot tub is such a great space. Waking up and having coffee on the deck while watching and listening to the many different birds was such a great way to start a day and ending it in the hot tub listening to the frogs made for a very relaxing evening. This home is in a very good location. Amtrak was a 15 min. easy drive away while the fairgrounds in puyallup about 10 min. There was no need to get on a busy freeway for miles . Ryann was a very accommodating, responsive, and pleasant host with great communication starting before our arrival. Staying at this lovely, comfortable and clean home helped make my grandsons graduation even more special. We will definitely stay again when our travels take us that way.
