Time to arrive—it’s VACATION time!

The bright bathroom has been extensively renovated and now features a modern, high-quality glass shower enclosure (with a low threshold), a wall-hung toilet, and a vanity.

The hallway leads into the living area.

The entire holiday rental is tiled with large, light-colored tiles.

A cosy two-seater couch and a large armchair (designer furniture!) invite you to RELAX. The built-in decorative fireplace adds to the cosy atmosphere.

A smart TV (110 cm), DVD player, and stereo system are available.

The dining area is located right by the window, on a raised platform. The magnificent view makes every meal a pleasure.

In the open sleeping area (adjacent to the living area), there are two single beds for a good night’s sleep (each 90 × 200).

In the separate children’s room (separated from the living area by a door), there is a sleeper sofa. A stereo system helps you fall asleep—or perhaps the Sandman on the TV (70 cm).

The open kitchen, equipped with a microwave, stove, toaster, electric kettle, and plenty of kitchen utensils, is perfect for preparing delicious meals.

You can end the day on the balcony, watching the sunset (an awning is also available).

This charming holiday rental can be booked for a minimum of 5 nights.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Complex:

The holiday complex consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Within these buildings, you’ll find many different holiday apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by lift.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 metres away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
— swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with its adventure pier
— water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbour: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddleboarding, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Centre: 1.4 km away)
