This is a gated community popular with both our holiday guests and homebuyers, situated in a quiet, south-facing location. A public beach with a snack bar is located about 400 m away. Highlights include the large, well-maintained, and free swimming pool with a snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m; open from around mid-June to around early September, weather permitting), sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as the tennis courts (each subject to a fee). The subtropical vegetation, the magnificent, unobstructed lake view, the large sun terraces and gardens, and the spacious, sunny balconies are all truly beautiful. Most apartments include a private covered parking space within the gated complex. Free guest parking is available outside the residence.
