Welcome to the Vista at Springwell Farm in Bristol Va. With three bedrooms, including three queen beds and two bathrooms, the Vista provides garage access and is pet friendly. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning along with a gas fireplace. For your safety and security, the Vista offers a Generac natural gas generator. There is a covered front porch, back deck with firepit and fully fenced back yard. The property includes walking trails along the VA/TENN state line. The Vista has magnificent views of Big Knob mountain range, relaxing gazebo, and is popular with hummingbirds as well as many other native bird species. While being secluded the property is 15 minutes from downtown Bristol, 20 minutes from Bristol Motor Speedway, 15 minutes from Hard Rock and 15 minutes from Kingsport. Whether you’re gathering in the cozy living area or preparing meals in the kitchen or off on an exciting adventure, this delightful home offers a fabulous retreat. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place.

Wow!!If you are looking for a beautiful & secluded place to enjoy, yet not far from all the action of the Bristol area, this is it!! Stunning sunset views from the front porch, great hang out area on the back deck.Trails to wander about.And the property is loaded with beautiful flowers, plants and trees.Inside has a great kitchen, sufficiently stocked with enough to cook inside or on the grill.You can tell this was a loved home, with many nice decorations and furnishings still there.The hosts are very accommodating and helpful.The pictures don’t represent how great this place really is!
