Two community pools are available for your use - one of them is right outside the backdoor! These pools are for guests of Woodland Shores only.

This beloved Townhome has been in our family for decades and has provided amazing memories for us. We take pride in this property and are dedicated to be being your gracious hosts! No management company, we communicate with you directly.

Enjoy paradise with a quick and serene 5-minute walk to the beach. This townhome is a perfect location for morning strolls along the beach or down Scenic Gulf Drive. Have morning coffee at Badass Coffee or 2 Birds, the two best coffee spots in the Destin/Miramar Beach area!

Take in views of award-winning Miramar Beach while dining at the legendary Pompano Joe's beachfront restaurant, also less than 5-minute walk from cozy Unit 11. The sunsets are incredible!

There is a wide variety of great restaurants nearby, along with great shopping at the Silver Sand Premium Outlets and Destin Commons. At least 10 public golf courses within a 10-minute drive!

This is Destin/Miramar Beach done properly, for the right price!

We enjoyed the short walk to beach! There were some beach chairs available to use which saved us from renting chairs at the beach. The pool is a short walk from the back door and the pool was never busy the whole month of June! The owner was very flexible about the days we were staying and making an early check in possible. He was very easy to rent from, and we will be back!
