Great location from all the places we wanted to visit. Would have like to be able to sit outside.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Since the front of the house is not fenced and is public we don't keep benches or seats as anyone could take them and it may attract unwanted attention. In the future I would suggest reserving a place that has the features you desire instead of going to places that don't and being upset that they aren't included. For instance going to a place that doesn't advertise having a pool and then writing in the review "I wish I could have taken a swim" would be objectively unreasonable.
Nice, cozy place to stay. Clean place. We were able to walk to and from my friend’s house who lives nearby. We felt safe even when walking back past midnight. I would stay here again!
We stayed here with my sons after a Cubs game and had a great experience. The neighborhood was quiet, charming, and felt very safe. The home had a cozy, quaint feel while still being comfortable and well-maintained. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day in the city. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with plenty of neighborhood character.
