From the hallway with the coat closet, you enter the bright living and dining area. It is furnished with a sofa, TV, and a cosy dining area. Adjacent to this is the open kitchen, which features an oven, stove, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. From the living and dining area, you have access to the furnished patio with a beach chair (seasonal). The bathroom features a shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer, and a heated towel rack. There is one bedroom with a small double bed and another with a single bed. The Austernperle is a smoke-free residence. The holiday rental features Wi-Fi and a parking space directly in front of the house. The holiday rental is 55 m² in size. One dog is permitted upon prior notice and for a fee (€10 per pet per day).

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung in Wenningstedt ist super zentral. Bushaltestelle, Bäcker, Strand, Restaurant gut zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was sich Urlauber wünschen. Die Terrasse fand ich super mit dem Strandkorb, da die Sonne abends immer noch auf der Terrasse stand.
