This 3-room maisonette holiday rental (approx. 60 square metres), lovingly furnished in a country-style and comfortably equipped, with its own entrance, is situated in a quiet location in the middle section of a building in Westerland. The holiday apartment is spread over two levels (upper floor and attic). The upper floor features a cosy living/dining area with a modern new leather sofa set and an adjoining kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator), a hallway, a bedroom with two single beds, and a shower room with a toilet. The living room features a flat-screen TV with a DVD player (Blu-ray) as well as a phone with a flat-rate plan (for calls to German landlines only) and, of course, unlimited internet access via Wi-Fi. In the attic, you’ll find a comfortable double bed along with another flat-screen TV and DVD player. Two large Velux windows with solar-powered roller shades let plenty of light into the room and allow for cross-ventilation. This well-maintained unit is located at Friesenhain, a residential park near the Nordwäldchen in Westerland. The beach is right nearby. In the “Sonnenkuhle,” the communal garden, you’ll find a beach chair (seasonal) and patio furniture (seasonal). A parking space is located at the house. Bicycle racks for the entire building are located in the courtyard. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
