The condo has a phenomenal oceanfront view. The property is very clean and private as well. The beach is steps away from the pool and has a very relaxing vibe.

My husband and I just celebrated our first wedding anniversary here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay! We've stayed in several other Amelia Surf & Racquet Club properties over the years, and this one is definitely one of our favorites!The condo was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view alone is worth the stay! Waking up to the absolutely breathtaking, immaculate beachfront view each morning was one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect backdrop for celebrating such a special occasion.I do have just a few small suggestions that would make an already wonderful stay even better: adding a knife block set, measuring cups and spoons to the kitchen, and blackout curtains in the bedroom for guests who prefer a darker room for sleeping.On our first morning, the coffee maker wasn't working. I texted Kristi, and she immediately responded. She went to the store, purchased a brand-new coffee maker, and personally delivered it to us that same day! She also kept me updated regarding a parking pass. Although she wasn't able to obtain one, she reassured us everything would be fine—and she was absolutely right. We had no issues at all.Kristi also graciously allowed us an early check-in, which made the start of our anniversary trip even more enjoyable.Without a doubt, Kristi is one of the best—if not *the* best—VRBO hosts we've ever had. Her communication, kindness, and genuine care for her guests
