A cozy beach rental with a private bedroom and balcony. This unit is on the 2nd floor. The bedroom has a Queen Bed and there is a Full-size Pullout Couch in the living room perfect for kids. This home is located on a quiet residential street and is best suited for guests seeking a relaxing beach experience. Events and parties are not permitted. No smoking.

Parking: Each unit has its own assigned parking spots. Please confirm your vehicle is parked in the spaces assigned to your unit.

Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed.

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was clean, cozy and perfect for two people. One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch and outdoor dining area. It was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy meals and unwind after spending time at the beach. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but it was perfectly functional and well-suited for a party of two. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, like the board games in the closet, which would be great for a rainy day or a quiet evening in.The location was excellent, just a block and a half from the beach, with the added convenience of private off-street parking. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep.Overall, this was a comfortable, well-maintained rental that had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.
