Whether you`re out on the patio with coffee as the course stirs to life, or settled in for the evening around the fire pit as the desert cools, the rhythm here is easy - and entirely yours to set.

Living space
At the center of the home, a generous living area brings everyone together. Sink into the large sectional, pull up the 65` TV with cable, and let the day wind down at its own pace. An indoor fireplace and ceiling fans keep the atmosphere comfortable through the season, while the open layout makes the space feel natural for both quiet evenings and full-group hangouts.

Sleeping arrangements
All three bedrooms feature king beds, giving every guest a comfortable night`s rest. The primary bedroom includes a 43` TV and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a 43` TV and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom offers a king bed, and a queen air mattress is available on request for additional sleeping.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to cook from scratch or put together something simple - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, baking sheet, and a full set of cooking basics. A drip coffee maker and Keurig are both on hand for the morning. The dining table seats 8, so whether it`s a casual breakfast or a proper sit-down dinner, there`s room for everyone.

Outdoor space
The patio opens directly onto the golf course, with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit waiting for you. It`s the kind of space that earns its keep in the cooler desert evenings - warm enough to linger, quiet enough to actually unwind. Community pool and shared hot tub access are available nearby, with the pool maintained at approximately 84°F and the spa at 101°F.

Workspace & extras
For guests mixing work with travel, the condo includes Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace. A washer and dryer are available in-unit, and a Pack `n play/travel crib can be arranged for families traveling with little ones. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage round out the practical touches.
