Situated in the heart of Scottsdale 2 mins from the 101 loop on 92nd street and Shea, this non smoking ground floor Condo has all you could ask for to make your stay enjoyable. The condo is spacious and we welcome you to enjoy and relax all it has to offer If you're looking for a place to chill out and enjoy some much needed sun or just looking for a place to stay while on business then this is the place to be.
Recently painted - updated kitchen & bathrooms have been renovated. Everything you need is supplied. Very quiet complex.

You can walk to the supermarket and restaurants and you are just minutes from the 101 loop freeway which lets you access all of Scottsdale or Phoenix.

If you like sports then you'll love Scottsdale with 26 miles of walkway/cycle path on your doorstep. Scottsdale has more golf courses than you will know what to do with and this has to be one of the best all year round climates to enjoy.

Very enjoyable and loved the location

This condo is located by the bike/walking path, which was perfect for us. Also, nicely located to Scottsdale's services, restaurants and entertainment. The condo and property was clean and suited our needs, We were very comfortable in these accommodations. The swimming pool and hot tub area were nearby as well. The landlord was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions.

Our stay at this condo was everything that we had expected. We have been to Scottsdale a number of times and this was the best so far. We had some difficulty with the TV but Douglas was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. Overall, a great trip.

this was a great Scottsdale condo conveniently located to many places. It is a well furnished condo with many kitchen items for preparing some of your own meals in condo. Excellent pool and spa in the complex. Owner, Doug is very responsive to any questions we had. Condo is close to Talking Stick stadium and about 10 miles to Sloan Field. We hope to be able to stay here again.

Great condo in a lovely complex.

This condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean, lots of supplies of all kinds. Very comfortable. Walk to shops and restaurants. Sadly we had to leave early because of COVID.

Wonderful VRBO stay at Mission de los Arroyos!!

Very nice unit with most amenities and service while staying. We would consider staying again although it is a bit North for our lifestyle. The pool hot tub only worked for a few days which was a bummer since my bad back enjoyed the spa. Nicely decorated, spacious, grounds and pool where well maintained (except hot tub). Great quiet location. My wife loved the big closets with abundance of hangers. Felt very secure in this complex. Friendly folks at all levels. Keep up the good work.

Thoroughly happy with our stay. Only downside was hot water in small bathroom was great, but master bath shower was difficult to get warm enough. Maybe a mixing valve issue?

Comfortable Condo in a Great Location

We stayed at this Scottsdale condo for 18 days in November, 2017. The condo is very comfortable and well-appointed, much better than staying at a hotel. Everything you need is supplied. All appliances, including the washer and dryer, were very easy to use. We prepared several meals at the condo and usually enjoyed our lunch on the patio. We spent nearly every day at the pool soaking up the Arizona sun! Thank you, Douglas,

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Scottsdale in 2002 after our first vacation here and have never stopped coming back. The property is in a super location for all because it offers, pretty much, all you could ever need. The complex is very peaceful and relaxing with first class amenities, beautiful gardens and ample parking. Coming from Scotland we don't see much of the sun so you can guess why Scottsdale works for us.

What makes this property unique

We love the weather, the many golf courses, shopping and dining and the outdoors lifestyle that Scottsdale has to offer. Within walking distance we have Hospitals, Dentist, Doctor, Library, Grocery stores, Restaurants, Shops and the list goes on!
Our property is very special to us because we have put a lot of time and effort into making it feel like a home rather than just a place to stay while on vacation.
