What makes us special? It’s quite simple: we’re centrally located, with the mountains and Lake Achensee (almost) right on our doorstep. Lovingly furnished and equipped with more than just the basics. Here with us, you can arrive feeling relaxed and simply feel at home right from the start in our newly renovated Dorfapartment.
Our village apartment is located in the centre of Maurach. Shopping options, such as supermarkets, bakeries, and butcher shops, as well as many restaurants and cafés, are just a few minutes away from the apartment.
For those looking to stay active and those seeking relaxation. Whether you’re travelling alone or as a couple. Our location is the perfect starting point for planned hikes or bike tours in the Achensee mountains; it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the Rofan ski area, or you can join the cross-country ski trail network after just a 3-minute walk.
The bus stop for the regional and ski buses is right next to the house.



Achensee Village Apartment:

Our 40-square-meter apartment for 1–2 people features a living room with a kitchen and sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom.
For our younger guests, a high chair and a cot are available upon prior request.
With its welcoming, modern decor, our village apartment offers everything you need on holiday:

• well-equipped kitchen—so that cooking on holiday is fun too
• behind the open passageway is the bedroom furnished with a double bed
• fully equipped, new bathroom (spacious shower, toilet, sink)



On-site costs: • Included services at a glance: Initial supply of bed linens, hand towels, shower towels, and kitchen towels (including a weekly towel change), free Wi-Fi, shoe and ski storage, and the AchenseeCard guest card for many discounts in the region. • If you’re arriving by car, a private parking space is available next to the house. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
