With a stunning 130 m² of living space, “Villa Schoen” on Borkum offers a high-quality, modernly furnished holiday rental featuring four separate bedrooms, a terrace with a garden, and a balcony! Spread over two floors, there’s plenty of space for up to eight people to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

On the ground floor, you’ll find two separate bedrooms and a spacious living-dining area with high-quality seating and a cosy sofa arrangement. From here, you have direct access to the beautiful terrace and the house’s garden. The kitchen, which is open to the living area, is comfortably equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and various kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, egg cooker, and kettle), so you can easily prepare your own meals. The ground floor also features a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink with vanity cabinet, and an infrared heater.

Im The attic of “Villa Schoen” on Borkum features two additional separate bedrooms as well as a living room with a lounge area. A large table and a cosy seating area are ideal for game nights together. Or you can enjoy relaxing moments on the beautiful balcony: here you can read a good book in peace or simply unwind!
This floor also features a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink with vanity, and an infrared heater.

Each of the holiday rental’s four separate bedrooms is equipped with a large double bed; two of them can also be separated into twin beds. In addition, all bedrooms feature large wardrobes and dressers, as well as a flat-screen TV. There is another flat-screen TV in each of the two living areas—a DVD player and a stereo system are also available here for your entertainment. The attic also has Wi-Fi access.

“Villa Schoen” offers all the amenities you could need! There is a parking space for your car in front of the house. You can store your bicycles or strollers in the garden shed.

The four-legged members of the family are also well taken care of here—a separate section of the beach allows dog owners to enjoy a pleasant time at the beach.

The “Villa Schoen” homes are in a quiet yet central location. Restaurants, shops, and bike rentals are just a few minutes away. Bicycle and hiking trails let you set out on excursions right from your doorstep. The beautiful Greune Stee Nature Reserve, for example, is very close by.
