A dream holiday for eight people at “Villa Schoen” on Borkum! <br><br>With 140 m² of living space, you’ll enjoy a spacious layout featuring four separate bedrooms, cosy living areas, a terrace, a garden, and a balcony!<br><br>The four separate bedrooms are spread across two floors. Two are located on the ground floor, and two more are in the attic of the holiday rental. Each room is furnished with a double bed. Two of the beds can also be separated into single beds. Large wardrobes, dressers, and a flat-screen TV complete the comfortable amenities in each room.<br><br>You can really make yourself at home in this holiday rental on Borkum! Both floors feature a living area with a beautiful sofa arrangement, a large flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system. The kitchen, which opens onto the living area, is comfortably equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as various kitchen appliances (coffee maker, toaster, egg boiler, and electric kettle). <br><br>Two modern bathrooms with showers, sinks, vanity cabinets, and infrared heaters offer pleasant alternatives. <br><br>You can enjoy glorious sunny hours on the wonderful terrace, in the garden, or on the balcony! In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the protected South Beach, which—with its numerous beach tents and beach chairs—is a dreamlike place to relax, especially for families. The four-legged members of the family are also well taken care of here—a separate section of the beach allows dog owners to enjoy a pleasant stay at the beach.<br><br>The “Villa Schoen” houses are in a quiet yet central location. Restaurants, shops, and bike rentals are just a few minutes away. Bicycle and hiking trails let you set out on excursions directly from the house. The beautiful Greune Stee Nature Reserve, for example, is very close by. <br><br>Borkum’s “Gezeitenland” water park, with its large sauna area, as well as the “Kulturinsel” in the spa gardens—featuring a great climbing park, occasional events, and film screenings—are also fantastic places to visit.
