Comfortable vacation rental with a balcony and a beach chair right on the beach!

Welcome to “Residenz Binz” on Rügen! Spanning 59 m², this very cozy living space can accommodate up to four people. Bright rooms and tasteful decor make the “Seeblick” vacation rental a place where you can truly unwind. High-quality furnishings, such as living room furniture made of solid alder wood and marble tiles in the bathroom, provide additional comfort.

The well-designed living area offers plenty of space for the whole family. A cozy couch area with a TV, DVD player, stereo system, and free Wi-Fi invites you to unwind; the dining area is perfect for shared meals and game nights. The open, fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, and more makes self-catering a pleasure.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm). The bedroom is located on a second level, from which a staircase leads down to the living room. The spacious living room features a sleeper sofa for two additional guests.

The nicely furnished balcony guarantees you relaxing moments in the fresh Baltic Sea air! Enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Schmachter while sipping a glass of fine wine. The apartment is situated on a southwest-facing slope, making it very quiet. Or you can relax in a cozy beach chair on Binz Beach. Beach chair number 4271 is located at exit 5 (from May 1 through September 30). The beach is about a 10-minute walk away.

In the building’s basement, there is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, which you are welcome to use.

The apartment comes with a private parking space. Bicycles can be stored in a separate parking area. An AC wallbox with a charging capacity of 11 kW is available to our guests in the residence. The first charge is free; subsequent charges are optional (50 cents/kWh).

You are welcome to bring your pet upon request.

The “Residenz Binz” on Rügen is situated on a beautiful southwest-facing hillside overlooking Lake Schmachter. After just a 10-minute walk, you’ll reach Binz Beach and the town center. The Klünderberg has a 12% incline.

Comfortable and child-friendly vacation apartments await you at “Residenz Binz”—some on staggered levels or in a charming maisonette style.
Beautiful balconies or terraces, fully equipped kitchens, and free Wi-Fi (in some apartments) offer you every comfort for a relaxing vacation.

Family-friendly living is a top priority at “Residenz Binz”: Cribs and high chairs can be provided in the vacation apartments upon request; washing machines and dryers are available for your use, and all windows are equipped with roller shutters. As a special highlight, “Residenz Binz” offers you and your family an on-site children’s play area and barbecue area!

A small bike storage room, outdoor bike parking spaces, and free car parking spaces are available. Please note that the complex’s parking spaces are only suitable for standard-sized cars.
