Die Wohnung und das ganze Objekt waren sehr sauber, wir haben da nichts zu bemängeln.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe sehr gut.

Dusche verschimmelt und nicht benutzbar. Waschbeckenstopfen defekt. Spiegellicht defekt und flackert nur noch unangenehm. In der Küche fehlt: Stövchen, Zitronenpresse, Salatschüssel usw. Brotmesser stumpf. Zu wenig Geschirr.Toilette verschmutzt. Alle Flächen außer die direkten Arbeitsflächen und in und auf den Schränken waren eingestaubt. Mülleimer defekt - hatten beständig Fruchtfliegen.Legbodenhalterung Schlafzimmerschrank ausgebrochen und unbefestigt.Staubsauger neben dem Nachttisch?In den Schränken waren die Decken unordentlich hineingestopft.Zu kleine Esstischstühle. Die Hochlehner Stühle auf den Werbebildern sind nicht mehr vorhanden.Über dem Essplatz befindet sich kein Licht. Batteriebetrieben Lichter über der Spüle gingen anfangs nicht.Keine Garderobe - bis auf Haken an zwei Türen gibt es keine AufhängevorrichtungenBalkon total verdreckt mit Spinnweben, Sand und Blättern. Nicht benutzbar wegen kaltem Rauch vom Nachbarn. Wegen Baum keine Sonne.Türpuffer unansehnlich defekt.Die Fenster waren total verdreckt.Schiefer Parkplatz am Ende einer engen Einbahnstraße kann nur rückwärts beparkt werden – kriminell.Die verstopfte Dusche wurde am 2. Tag nachgebessert, aber Wasserhahn tropfte weiter und machte dauerhaft pfeifende Geräusche. Die Duscharmatur wurde dann am 4. Tag ausgewechselt.Am 3. Tag wurden die Verunreinigungen wie z.B. auch Fettspritzer und Currypulver auf dem Dunstabzug vom Vormieter beseitigt.

Toller Urlaub

Umgebung ist spitze. Kleiner Nachteil: PKW Stellplatz ist schwierig zum Einparken und die Beschreibung, wie man hinkommt, könnte etwas besser sein. Die Wohnung selbst ist top, aber man könnte im Bad noch Handseife bereitstellen.

Ganz tolle Wohnung,klein aber fein. Es war alles da was man braucht und sehr hübsch und sauber eingerichtet. Spielplatz in der Nähe,zum Strand nicht weit und tolle Lage. Immer wieder gerne!
