In the two separate bedrooms of this Rügen vacation rental, you’ll find one double bed (1.80 m x 2 m) and two single beds (0.90 m x 2 m). The sofa in the living room provides an additional sleeping option (sleeping area: 1.60 m).

“Villa Malte” is situated on Klünderberg (with a 12% incline) in a beautiful, quiet location on the edge of the Granitz forest. The villa was newly built in 1998 in the typical style of Baltic Sea resort architecture and thus blends idyllically into the surrounding villa landscape of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.

The building features comfortable vacation apartments—suitable even for people with allergies. With stylish furnishings, (some with) two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, open kitchen, and a balcony or terrace, you’ll find wonderful vacation accommodations here for couples, solo travelers, and families.

The white sandy beach and the lively center of Binz are just a short walk away. The nearby forest is perfect for lovely hikes. There are also several tennis courts just a few minutes away.

The local bus stops right in front of the building and takes you to your destination safely and in an eco-friendly way. This significantly shortens your walking distances around town. This service is free for all guests from Binz with a spa card. You’ll find the schedule at the local bus stops.

Please note that the resort’s parking spaces are only suitable for standard passenger cars.
