A cosy couch area with a TV invites you to relax, while the built-in kitchenette with dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together. <br><br>One of the separate bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m). The other bedroom is available for a third person (ideal for a child; 0.90 m x 2 m). <br><br>The covered south-facing balcony of the holiday rental is particularly lovely. The villa was newly built in 1998 in the typical style of Baltic Sea resort architecture and thus blends idyllically into the surrounding villa landscape of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. <br><br>The building features comfortable holiday apartments—suitable even for people with allergies. With stylish furnishings, (in some cases) two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a balcony or terrace, you’ll find wonderful holiday accommodation here for couples, solo travellers, and families.<br><br>The white sandy beach and the lively centre of Binz are just a short walk away. The nearby forest is perfect for lovely hikes. There are also several tennis courts just a few minutes away.<br><br>The local bus stops right in front of the house and takes you to your destination safely and in an eco-friendly way. This significantly shortens your walking distances in town. This service is free for all guests from Binz with a spa card.
