Close to ski slopes, businesses, and the blue waters of Lake Tahoe, this spacious and private three-bedroom, two-bath condo plus loft is ready to welcome you to the desirable Kingswood Village. As an end unit, there is plenty of natural light through the windows and high ceiling. This getaway is very private, as there are no upstairs or downstairs neighbors, and very quiet bedroom spaces await for a good night's rest. With beautiful exposed ceilings, an airy ambiance, and a wood-burning fireplace, this sweet home feels like a secluded cabin in the woods while still being mere minutes from the heart of town. Everyone will have no trouble spreading out here, as the lofted layout allows for privacy when needed while the living area offers a flatscreen TV and plush furnishings for gathering each night. After a full day of lake adventures or lounging by the shared pool, the full kitchen will be calling your name to whip up delicious meals on all of the appliances of the home. Plus, an evening cocktail on the patio is never a bad idea as the sun dips behind the treetops.



Kingswood Village is a very well-maintained complex with the following facilities: pool, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, bocce ball court, and fitness center. There is plenty of free off-street parking, and extra parking for boats, RVs, and so much more!

Condo was very clean. Size is perfect for a family with kids. Location is quiet but still close to the beach. Mattresses were very hard and twin beds on main floor do not have mattress pads on them and only a very thin sheet. It would have been nice to have more comfortable beds.

The property has a nice layout with bedrooms on the first and third floors and common space with kitchen on the second floor. The kitchen is well equipped except could use some proper wine glasses. It's located in a nice quiet area not too far from the lake. We didn't get a chance to use the community amenities but those would definitely have been great for a longer stay.
