Dirty throw rugs in bathroom and patio. Cold water didn’t work in bathroom. Can’t believe O paid over 267 in cleaning fees a dirty cleaning rag was left on the dresser in the bedroom. Bed was very uncomfortable and spongy. Overall should get money back for the quality of the unit.

Worst experience we ever had. Light fixture, bathroom faucet, and bedroom heating system were out of orders. No replacement towels. Insufficient cookwares and cooking supplies. Extremely old kitchen appliances. Sofas were old, dirty, and worn-out. Bathroom area rug was so old and dirty. No real services.
