A great little condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a short visit to St Simons. I wanted a unit that would be walking distance to the beach and this one was great! Top floor with nice views-- a perfect size for me and my husband-- clean-- well equipped. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the scores of birds that came to visit the feeder located just below our unit. Such a nice bonus! The pool was cool and nice, and we could catch a glimpse of the ocean over the dunes. Close to restaurants, lighthouse, and everything! AND the price was right. One note: While the unit could technically sleep 6 people, it would be a very tight squeeze, as the living/dining area is not very big.

The location is great!! Lots of area to walk, easy golf cart to most things. The property is dated and could use some TLC and new furniture for sure. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. It’s on the 3rd floor, which was great for keeping the sand down. The walk to the beach was a good hike and muddy, a board walk would be an awesome addition to the property. Pool is a good size!Overall good spot for our family of 4!
