Great 4 bedroom

Great for the kids. The upstairs games and large playroom kept them busy.

Highly recommend

We love this Tahoe home for our family summer vacation! This home is located in a nice neighborhood, great for riding bikes, taking walks and close enough to take drives to explore other areas of beautiful Tahoe! We love too that there are 3 full bathrooms

Cozy and just right!

The house was the right amount of space for our group. It was located away from town but most things were 10-15 min drives. When we arrived, it was cleaned up and welcoming. There were extra blankets and pillows in each closet of every room, which was helpful because it did get cold per our socal standards. Only mini complaint was that the trash cans were full from the previous guests, which makes sense if trash collection day hadn't passed by before our arrival, but we had to stuff our trash further into the bins and we didn't want to leave trash laying around. Overall, it was a great time and we are grateful for a weekend in Tahoe.

host was unresponsive on VRBO app. heater in the master bedroom did not work. there was only 1 roll of paper towels for the whole weekend (we had to purchase our own). the garbage container in front of the house was completely full so we put our garbage and recycle in the garage which had a previous guest’s garbage in there as well. the refrigerator didn’t seem to get too cold/keep our food and drinks very cold even when the fridge was restarted and set on the highest cold setting. the two bedroom doors downstairs would get stuck when opening them and one came off the hinges which we fixed.

The local managemet team is unresponsive. We were locked out of the home on our last night at 1am. The electronic passcode stopped working with the lock. This created a huge problem for us at 1am in the morning. This caused quite a lot of stress and lost vacation time. Last night in tahoe and its cut short because of an emergency situation. The only support available is some out of town third party tex service that can't do anything. If you have a situation that needs a quick resolution it's not going to be resolved. We were locked out and thought we were gonna have to find a hotel for the night at 1am in the morning. Left a very bad taste about the home rental experience. We waited over 2 hours at one o'clock in the morning to try and get a solution and none was provided. We had to figure out how to get a ladder to break into the two story window, which we left open. It was dangerous and stressful. We were lucky we were able to find a ladder at two a m. In the morning. Remove a screen 15 feet up a later in the dark. We had some teenagers with this as well, who wanted to go to sleep, we all did. No one from the local property management team ever contacted us, not even the next day. They couldnt care less about our situation. They would not provide any type of refund for our lost time or stressful and dangerous experience. The Wi-Fi is very spotty and not dependable. If you need to do any important work the wifi is not adequate. Other than that it is nice .

Thank you, Justin, for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely regret the situation you faced with the lock and the stress it caused on your last night. That shouldn’t have happened, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to feel locked out and without immediate support. We strive to provide a seamless experience for our guests, and it’s clear we fell short in this instance. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will address the communication issues with our local team to ensure that future guests receive the timely assistance they deserve. We’re glad to hear you found the home nice overall, and we hope you were still able to enjoy some aspects of your stay despite the challenges. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, where we can provide the comfortable and hassle-free experience we aim for. Thank you again for your insights.
