I will not be renting this property again. This property is very dated and lacking attention to detail. Upon check in we had to deal with the following issues -1. musty odor (purchased deodorizer the next day and solved the problem)2. Sliding glass doors were smeared and dirty (local property management brought by Windex and a roll of paper towels for us to clean)3. No BBQ grill - a dirty used grill was delivered on the second day of our stay (we were supplied a wire brush to clean it ourselves)4. The threshold on the bottom of the front door was detached and resting against the wall. This was brought up to the local property manager, however it was not addressed. 5. Large picture windows in the front room were somewhat foggy. (It appeared these windows had not been cleaned in years.) 6. The carpet in the front room had a visible stain.7. The locks one the sliding doors are broke. There are wooden dowels in the track to secure them.8. One of the under the cabinet lights in the kitchen was not working. 9. The toilet in the master bathroom has a slow leak. 10. The chairs and umbrella for the table on the back patio were in closets (the umbrella stand was under the back deck). It would have been nice if these were setup prior to our arrival. 11. The window in the garage, visible from the front deck had an extensive amount of cobwebs and hadn't been cleaned in sometime. 12. Bedroom lock on the door to the master bedroom is broke.
